The Compensation Resources Group's sole purpose is to provide the highest level of business advisory services in the area of strategic compensation program design and implementation. C.R.G.'s advisory services are driven by the unique personal and business demands of each client.

Robert J. Horvat

 

Robert Horvat is President of The Compensation Resources Group. Mr. Horvat's background spans thirty years of compensation and human resources experience including seven years in compensation consulting as practice leader with an international "big six" professional services firm.

Mr. Horvat has provided compensation advisory services to a diverse group of clients including financial, manufacturing, technology, service, food and distribution companies. These clients have been closely held and publicly traded with as few as 25 employees and as many as 3,000 employees. Compensation projects for these clients have included developing and implementing numerous management, sales, gainsharing, and base compensation programs.

Undergraduate and graduate work was undertaken at Marquette University where Mr. Horvat majored in Business Administration with a specialty in Human Resources Management. During his career Mr. Horvat earned designations as Certified Compensation Professional (C.C.P.), Chartered Life Underwrite (C.L.U.) and Fellow Life Management Institute (F.L.M.I.).

- The Executive Committee (TEC)
- Council of Small Business Executives (COSBE)
- Executive Resource Group (ERG)
- Mid-Coast Management Consultants (MCMC)

Mr. Horvat also serves as a TEC and Executive Forum resource specialist regarding the design of effective, motivational compensation plans.
